The Story Behind Catchem Pest Control

Catchem Pest Control was established at The Hubb on Rainham Road South in Dagenham to provide residential and commercial property owners with an honest, highly technical, and permanent alternative to slow-moving council teams and unaccredited contractors. Having witnessed property owners waste hundreds of pounds on superficial supermarket sprays for bed bugs and recurring rat invasions, our founders invested in commercial units, CCTV drain cameras, falconry birds of prey, and advanced proofing hardware.
Operating from our base near the A13 transport corridor, our primary challenge was proving that long-term pest management requires structural exclusion and nest destruction rather than basic baiting. Through fixed pricing, rapid response times, and glowing customer recommendations, our service fleet expanded quickly across Dagenham, Luton, Stratford, Ilford, Barking, and Romford.

We suspected we had a rodent issue in our home. A gentleman came to our home for an assessment. He was really helpful,  professional,  and was very understanding of our anxieties around rodents. After the assessment, the gentleman was able to diagnose what the issue was (thankfully not rodent) and gave us lots of useful advice going forward. I called this company as I had previously had a bad experience with another pest control company who knew I had a phobia of rats after spotting one in my garden and took advantage of this. When Jordan came out he was horrified that they had used 2 lots of poison in the bait box and most of it was loose and had fallen out on my lawn. This was a danger to wild life and my indoor cat who I let out in the garden every day. He picked up all the loose poison and checked everywhere for me. He also explained what I needed to do if I ever saw any again. He called the other company and insisted they came to collect the boxes and told them what they had done was illegal and a danger to wildlife. He didn't charge for the visit or the advice. I am so grateful for his visit as he gave me peace of mind and I will definitely contact him in the future if I spot any other rats although I'm praying I wont need to. I highly recommend him and wouldn't hesitate to use him in the future. I asked him what his rates were and they are also very reasonable but he put no pressure on me whatsoever. I had a very good experience with this company, i had issues with mice in the kitchen and bathroom and was worried about using the areas incase one jumped out at me. I contacted Catchem pest control and spoke with Jordan on the 020 number after researching and found they was available the same day and reasonable pricing. They turned up on time and dealt with the issue straight away, they found that the mice was getting access from a gap around he pipes in the kitchen. At the end of the treatment all holes was proofed with the correct material and i have had no mice since. I would like to say a massive thanks to chris for fixing and carrying out the treatment and for jordan for finding the time to fit me in on the same day.
